Chesapeake looks to collect on old debts, even small ones

Last month, Commissioner of the Revenue Ray A. Conner filed a motion in Circuit Court for more time to collect on Johnson's debt and another similarly aged case involving $74.96. Without an extension, there is a 20-year limit on collecting such debts.
