The Chez Doris women's shelter is reopening on weekends following thanks to a donation of 50 thousand dollars from the Canadian National Railway. A woman who identified herself as Sephora to CTV News says she managed to cope after the shelter closed on weekends last year, but felt isolated without Chez Doris.
