Competition is intensifying in China's aviation market as the nation's third budget carrier, 9 Air, took to the skies this week. 9 Air, which translates as "Nine Bucks Airlines" in Mandarin, is a budget offshoot controlled by privately owned Juneyao Airlines, a Shanghai-based, mid-size regional carrier.
