Age: China's mammoth carbon dioxide emissions are likely to peak before 2025, and may have already done so. New research by prominent economist Lord Nicholas Stern has found that China, easily the world's largest emitter of greenhouse gasses, may have already applied the brakes, well ahead of schedule.
