Qualcomm, Samsung, and Nvidia have captured the lion's share of the current market for ARM smartphones and tablets, but they aren't the only players in the game. Chinese manufacturers like Allwinner and MediaTek will soon be able to challenge these dominant players, particularly in the Chinese and Indian markets.
