Chip seal work will impact east county rural roads

2016-08-10 20:07:50| PortlandOnline

Multnomah Countys Transportation Division plan to complete this summers chip seal paving program on several rural roads in east Multnomah County in the next week, weather permitting. Travelers will experience delays on days when layers of oil and gravel for the chip seal are applied and swept. Roads will remain open in both directions, with flaggers and pilot vehicles guiding traffic when a lane is closed. Work hours are 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
