Qualcomm wants to reduce smartphone prices in Kenya QUALCOMM, Inc. is working on a plan that will push the prices of quality smartphones in Kenya to KES 4,000 and ensure mobile manufacturers ship around 800 million affordable smartphone to the region by 2015, the Daily Nation reported.
