Using carbide-tipped disposable blades to cut ferrous material at 90°, Model HCS-90E has inclined magazine which holds up to 3,500 lb of 12 ft long material. Once loaded with bundles, machine will run without interruption, cutting pre-programmed lengths, ejecting trim and remnants, and channeling good cut pieces to holding bin. Machine offers infinitely variable feed or reverse feed rate up to 39.3 ips, single stroke capacity of 0.314–39.3 in., and multiple stroke up to 32.8 ft.
