Cirrus Logic Inc. on Wednesday reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $22.7 million, or 35 cents per share, on revenue of $298.6 million compared with a net income of $41.5 million, or 63 cents per share, on revenue of $218.8 million. Shares of the Austin-based company increased nearly 6 percent on Wednesday prior to the release of the earnings after markets closed and have gained nearly 17 percent this year.
