Citizens are invited to an open house on Thursday, Aug 15th to preview and provide input on the City of Portlands Regional Flexible Fund grant requests being proposed for the 2016-18 federal funding cycle, a package that includes a mix of projects to improve bicycle, pedestrian and freight travel.
