City poised to opt in for route review

Worthington City Council will determine next week whether to help commission yet another study to determine what to do with state Route 161 west of the city. The council heard a special presentation at its March 21 meeting that outlined the Ohio Department of Transportation's plan for the study, which would cost Worthington $150,000.
