Faucets in the city will be filled with Flint River water starting Monday, April 21, officials said today, April 17. Emergency Manager Darnell Earley and city public works officials said they plan to open gates at the Flint water treatment plant at 2 p.m. today, bringing in about 12 million gallons of river water for treatment test runs that are ...
