City woman cited in pedestrian accident

Police have cited a Lowell resident for driving with a suspended license after she allegedly struck a pedestrian on Middlesex Street on Sunday. The driver, Mia Liz Davis, 31, hit a 33-year-old Lowell woman while she was crossing Middlesex Street near East Aldea Street with another individual at about 9:50 p.m., according to police.
