Available in kit, modular Unilock Zero-Point Clamping System is specifically designed for all Haas 160 mm platter rotary indexing tables. Equipped with ISM 160 single chuck solution for face of 4th or 5th axis rotary tables, adapter rests between chuck and spindle face of rotary indexer itself. Zero-point clamping uses spring pressure to drive multiple clamping pins against tapered clamping knob. System provides repeatable clamping better than .0002 in., with retention force from 1,100–1,540 lb.
