Clarification: FCC-T-Mobile-MetroPCS story

In a March 21 story about MetroPCS Communications Inc. and T-Mobile USA receiving final regulatory clearance to merge, The Associated Press reported that P. Schoenfeld Asset Management LP sent out a statement with a number of questions for MetroPCS' management but stopped short of saying shareholders should vote against the deal.
