Cliffs Bonds: Thoughts On Tender Decision

Cliffs Natural Resource increased the amount of the proposed 7.75% senior secured notes to be exchanged for outstanding bonds from $750 million to $1.25 billion. The announcement raised the acceptance cap for the 6.20% bonds due in 2040 from $325 million to $400 million.
