Al Jazeera: It is the biggest event the tiny Pacific nation of Samoa has ever seen. A United Nations conference is getting underway to discuss the issues facing some of the worlds most vulnerable countries. The UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon says economic and environmental sustainability will top the agenda. Al Jazeera's Andrew Thomas reports from Apia.
