Kyodo: The U.N. climate change conference in Warsaw ended Saturday after participating nations agreed to present voluntary reduction targets for greenhouse gas emissions and how they will prepare for them hopefully by the end of March 2015. Nations able to do so are being called on to put forward their "contributions" by the first quarter of 2015 to give time for a review before a meeting at the end of the year, at which a new framework for fighting global warming is expected to be adopted.
