Clintonville: Panhandler takes $60 from Worthington man who offered quarter

A Worthington resident said he was willing to give a man a quarter when he asked for one at 11 p.m. June 19 in the 4900 block of Arbor Village Drive . Instead, the victim told Columbus police, he wound up giving the panhandler $60 when the suspect grabbed the bills from his wallet and fled the scene.
