Supplied in 0.5 x 0.5 in. package, CVCO55CXT-6000-6075 operates from 6,000–6,075 MHz with 0.5–4.5 Vdc tuning voltage range and features typ phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset. This coaxial-based VCO with internal proprietary frequency doubler exhibits output power of 5 dBm typ into 50 Ω load with supply of +8.0 Vdc and current consumption of 25 mA max. Respectively, pushing and Pulling are minimized to 1.5 MHz/V and 0.5 MHz, and second harmonic suppression is -30 dBc typ.
