Cognizant completes TriZetto purchase

A New Jersey company completed its acquisition of Douglas County's TriZetto Corp. on Thursday, positioning the combined company to be a market leader in health care software and consulting services. Cognizant announced in September that it was buying TriZetto for $2.7 billion after the Colorado firm's parent company, Apax Funds, said it was putting it on the market.
