Colorado town evacuated after South Platte River levee breaches

Water from the South Platte River along the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railways in Washington County. About 20 people have been evacuated from around the small Eastern Plains town of Messex after a levee along the South Platte River breached Monday morning.
