MOST municipalities in Cordillera may soon enjoy free wifi, made possible through the Department of Science and Technology's TV White Space Program. "Hopefully before the end of the year, may wifi connectivity na sa 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th class municipalities in the Cordillera," Sicat said.
