Supplied in 2020 case size with 3 mm profile, Vishay Dale IHLP®-2020CZ-51 and AEC-Q200-qualified IHLP-2020CZ-5A operate from 55 to +155°C and offer inductance ranges from 0.22–15 µH and frequency range of up to 1 MHz. Products handle high transient current spikes without hard saturation, while RoHS-compliant and 100% lead (Pb)-free shielded, composite construction reduces buzz noise. Heat rating current ranges from 2.4–16.0 A, and rated saturation current varies from 1.8–13.0 A.
