Community mtg about RICAP 6 land use issues - Thurs. July 25, 7 PM

The North Portland Land Use Group will host a presentation on the RICAP 6 proposed workplan. The Bureau of Planning and Sustainability has reinstated the Regulatory Improvement Code Amendment Package (RICAP) after a two year hiatus. BPS staff have proposed a workplan that includes over 40 code improvements. The purpose of RICAP is to update and improve land use regulations that hinder desirable development. BPS is seeking approval at the Aug. 13 Planning and Sustainability Commission.
