Operating from 1,540–1,600 MHz with tuning voltage range of 0.5–2.5 Vdc, model USSP1570-LF features phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset while operating off 2.7 Vdc supply and drawing 6 mA. RoHS-compliant VCO, providing output power of -1 ±3 dBm into 50 Ω load while operating over -40 to 85°C, suppresses second harmonic to better than -25 dBc and covers frequency range with tuning linearity of better than 1.1:1.
