Offering >93% peak efficiency, XR79120 leverages advanced constant on-time (COT) control architecture across 4.5–22 V input range. This 20 A, single-output, synchronous step-down power module employs power converter integrating MOSFETs, inductors, and internal input and output capacitors. RoHS-compliant 12 x 14 x 4 mm QFN package promotes thermal performance while facilitating electrical debugging. At 50°C with no airflow, no thermal de-ratings are required for output voltages <1.8 V.
