Concord council to choose two potential developers for Naval Weapons Station

On Tuesday, the City Council is expected to narrow the field of possible master developers for the Concord Naval Weapons Station project from three to two. A nine-member evaluation board is recommending that the city enter into negotiations with Oakland-based Catellus Development Corp. and Lennar, a San Francisco developer and homebuilder.
