Supporting multiple means of securing Ethernet I/O, SIO4.E plugs into Bedrock™ pinless electromagnetic backplane to receive Black Fabric™ cyber security protection. Each of 5 I/O channels is independently software configurable, and supported Ethernet protocols include Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA on TCP IP. All channels are also PoE-capable, and module delivers Ethernet as secure I/O at Purdue levels 0 and 1 with sensor, actuator, and process control logic.
