Acrylic conformal coating, USTFA, facilitates and optimizes selective coating process. Able to adhere to difficult substrates, low-viscosity coating has UL94 V-0 flammability rating and meets requirements of IPC-CC-830. This single-component, 100% solids coating cures in seconds with conveyorized UV lamps or within 2 hr at 80°C. Multi-cure mechanism facilitates cure in shadowed areas: under 3 days at ambient temperatures and humidity (or accelerated by 30 minute bake at 80°C).
