A quick look at whats changing Beginning November 1, 2025, VMware is updating how services are delivered through the VCSP program: The current VCSP and white-label models will end on October 31, 2025 Going forward, only VCSP partners invited into the new program may offer renewals or new VMware services Partners not included in the program will still be able to support existing customer contracts, but not new ones What this means for VMware customers If youre a VMware customer, this is a good time to confirm your providers status and consider your long-term VMware strategy. Depending on whether your provider remains eligible, you may need to explore a transition to ensure continuity.
