Cornell Road to close overnight Sept 20 for tunnel cleaning

The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that Cornell Road will be closed from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. September 20 to allow for crews to clean the two tunnels on the road.
