Corning Museum of Glass unveiling $64M art and design wing

The 100,000-square-foot Contemporary Art and Design Wing opens Friday after more than two years under construction in the city of Corning, near the Pennsylvania border 75 miles southeast of Rochester. The museum, which attracts about 400,000 visitors a year, has added a 500-seat hot glass demonstration theater in the property's historic Steuben Glass building.
