County Judge halts rail traffic on 2nd rail line

A county judge gives the OK for work to continue on a second train track through La Crosse's Marsh. A group of residents is suing the Wisconsin's DNR over a permit it granted to Burlington Northern Santa Fe railway to build train tracks in the La Crosse River Marsh.
