County inundated with landfill testimony

Letters from 64 people, businesses and organizations opposed to expansion of Riverbend Landfill have been filed with the Yamhill County Planning Department to supplement oral testimony offered at a Dec. 4 planning commission hearing. In addition, the Stop the Dump coalition resubmitted several letters of opposition from an earlier hearing, saying they remained relevant.
