Court injunction against Highland Twp. sought by Seneca

Seneca Resources last month initiated a federal lawsuit against Highland Township over Seneca's proposed injection well. Seneca now is seeking a "preliminary injunction" to prevent the township from stopping the injection well plan-- the conversion of a natural gas well into an underground disposal site for drilling wastes.
