Court refuses request to review Enbridge hearing decision

A state appeals court has refused to order a judicial review of a state Department of Natural Resources' decision to issue Enbridge Energy an air pollution permit. The DNR granted the permit in June 2014 to cover construction of new tanks and piping at the company's Superior terminal.
