Covered Market traders turn down wi-fi offer as too costly

TRADERS have rejected a wi-fi system for Oxford's Covered Market saying it would be another financial burden they could not bear. And stallholders expressed concern that it would make it easier for shoppers to use the internet to find cheaper prices elsewhere.
