Featuring resistance range of 0.001–1 Ω, RB Series includes RBD, RBF, and RBH models with power ratings of 0.5, 1, and 1.5 W, respectively. Surface mount flip chip resistors offer TCR down to ±10 ppm/°C from -55 to +125°C, tolerances to ±0.5%, and stability of ±0.05% at 70°C for 2,000 hours at rated power and screening options in accordance to MIL-PRF 55342 and MIL-PRF 49465.Additional features include short time overload of ±0.03% (300 ppm) and voltage coefficient of <0.1 ppm/V.
