Designed for maximum accuracy, ACS770 consists of linear Hall circuit with copper conduction path located near die. Precise proportional output voltage is provided by low-offset, chopper-stabilized BiCMOS Hall IC, while immunity to current conductor dV/dt and stray electric fields is offered by integrated shield technology. Available in 5-pin package, lead (Pb)-free product features digital temperature compensation, analog output, and conductive path with 100 µΩ typ internal resistance.
