Used in parallel, 3 A Model TPS7H1101-SP can output up to 6 A, while 0.5 A Model TPS7H1201-HT can output up to 1 A. Input range of 1.5–7 V allows voltage support for power rails below 3.3 V, and low dropout of 75 mV at 1 A allows for minimal input-to-output voltage conversion. Available in 16-pin thermally enhanced ceramic flat pack, Model TPS7H1101-SP is QML Class V-qualified up to 125°C for medical equipment and satellites, while TPS7H1201-HT LDO is qualified up to 210°C for downhole drilling.<br />
