Supplied in 0.77 x 0.28 x 0.40 in. SIP-7 package, MAEU02-HI Series includes 40 models with 5, 12, 15, or 24 Vdc input voltages and single or dual outputs from 3.3–15 Vdc. Common mode transient immunity of 15 KV/µsec is optimized for IGBT driver applications. Operating from -40 to +88°C, RoHS-compliant converters feature UL/cUL/IEC/EN 60950-1 safety approvals. Uses include wind turbine, solar panel, transportation system, industrial control equipment, and IGBT driver applications.
