Comprising 3 models ranging from 150–250 Watts, 8600 Series can sink current up to 60 A at wide voltage ranges up to 500 V. Programmable benchtop units can operate in constant current, constant voltage, constant resistance, and constant power modes. Built-in battery and LED test mode functions make loads suitable for testing variety of DC sources. For remote control and programming, series includes standard GPIB, USB, and RS232 interfaces supporting USBTMC and SCPI communication protocols.
