Distributed Feedback (DFB) 1060 nm laser diode module, designed for seeding of sub-nanosecond fiber and solid state lasers, features single-mode laser diode with on-chip distributed feedback grating and delivers peak power for sub-nanosecond and picosecond pulse operation. Capable of peak powers up to 800 mW for pulse width as short as 150 ps and spectral line-width below 100 pm, laser comes in telecom butterfly type package with thermistor and back-facet monitor photodiode.
