Using single set of reagents, PointMan™ DNA Enrichment kits enrich all mutant sequences within gene of interest for researchers in pharmaceutical industry developing anti-cancer therapies. There are 3 versions available for enriching mutations in BRAF, KRAS, and EGFR T790M genes associated with skin melanoma, colorectal, and lung cancers. All kits utilize real-time PCR technology and offer specific and ultra-sensitive enrichment of mutant genes in background of wild-type (normal) genes.
