Dallas co. buys industrial facility near Houston Ship Channel

Two Dallas-based real estate investment companies have completed the sale of an industrial facility outside of the central business district. Mayfield Properties LP sold the 120,810-square-foot property located near the Houston Ship Channel and an Anheuser-Busch brewery to ATCAP Partners in an all cash transaction for an undisclosed amount.
