Dan Gilbert selling building in downtown Detroit to Lear

Southfield-based Lear Corp. announced Monday that the auto parts supplier purchased the 119 State Street building in Detroit's Capitol Park from Bedrock Real Estate Services. It's expected to become a center for the arts, automotive technology and hands-on learning.
