Deburring System utilizes 2 planetary heads.

At one end of Tri-Ten U-Series system, parts are placed on magnetic conveyor that carries them through first offset planetary deburring head where three 10 in. fiber abrasive disc brushes deburr upward facing surface. Parts then pass through second planetary head before being captured by turn-over conveyor that flips parts. After both sides are deburred, they are demagnetized, and pass under rinse and air knife.
