Del Smith, founder of Evergreen International Aviation, dies

Del Smith, who founded a host of companies including Evergreen International Aviation and the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, has died. Svenson said deputies were alerted to Smith's death on Friday afternoon, which is routine any time a person dies outside of a doctor's care.
