City officials have a new idea to spur commercial growth and create hundreds of jobs: Attract distribution centers to vacant land along Interstate 4. In recent months, Deltona has perked up with talk of adding new medical facilities, opening a new Bethune-Cookman University branch campus and possibly building a stadium.
